Serpent

Gen 3:1  Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"

Gen 3:2  The woman said to the serpent, "We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,

Gen 3:4  "You will not certainly die," the serpent said to the woman.

Gen 3:13  Then the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."

Gen 3:14  So the LORD God said to the serpent, "Because you have done this, "Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life.

Job 26:13  By his breath the skies became fair; his hand pierced the gliding serpent.

Psa 91:13  You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

Psa 140:3  They make their tongues as sharp as a serpent's; the poison of vipers is on their lips.

Isa 14:29  Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken; from the root of that snake will spring up a viper, its fruit will be a darting, venomous serpent.

Isa 27:1  In that day, the LORD will punish with his sword-- his fierce, great and powerful sword-- Leviathan the gliding serpent, Leviathan the coiling serpent; he will slay the monster of the sea.

Jer 46:22  Egypt will hiss like a fleeing serpent as the enemy advances in force; they will come against her with axes, like men who cut down trees.

Jer 51:34  "Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has devoured us, he has thrown us into confusion, he has made us an empty jar. Like a serpent he has swallowed us and filled his stomach with our delicacies, and then has spewed us out.

Rev 20:2  He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.
