Holy | Blameless | Pure | Godly

Gen6:9 This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.

Gen17:1When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, "I am God Almighty; walk before me faithfully and be blameless.

Ex15:11 Who among the gods is like you, LORD? Who is like youmajestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?

Ex31:13 “Say to the Israelites, ‘You must observe my Sabbaths. This will be a sign between me and you for the generations to come, so you may know that I am the LORD, who makes you holy.

Lev10:10 so that you can distinguish between the holy and the common, between the unclean and the clean,

Lev11:44I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. Do not make yourselves unclean by any creature that moves along the ground.

Lev19:2“Speak to the entire assembly of Israel and say to them: ‘Be holy because I, the LORD your God, am holy.

Lev: 20:7Consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am the LORD your God.

Lev20:8 Keep my decrees and follow them. I am the LORD, who makes you holy

Lev20:26 You are to be holy to me because I, the LORD, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own.

Lev21:6 They must be holy to their God and must not profane the name of their God. Because they present the food offerings to the LORD, the food of their God, they are to be holy.

Lev21:8 Consider them holy, because I the LORD am holy—I who make you holy.

Lev22:9I am the LORD, who makes them holy. 

Dt18:13You must be blameless before the LORD your God.

1Sam2:2 “There is no one holy like the LORD; there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God.  

2Sam22:22 For I have kept the ways of the LORD; I am not guilty of turning from my God. 

2Sam22:24 I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin.

2Sam22:26To the faithful you show yourself faithful, to the blameless you show yourself blameless,

2Sam22:27to the pure you show yourself pure, but to the devious you show yourself shrewd.

2Ki4:9 She said to her husband, “I know that this man who often comes our way is a holy man of God.

Job1:1In the land of Uz there lived a man whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.

Job1:8 Then the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.”

Job2:3Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason."

Job 4:6 Should not your piety be your confidence and your blameless ways your hope?

Job8:20“Surely God does not reject one who is blameless or strengthen the hands of evildoers.

Job9:20 Even if I were innocent, my mouth would condemn me; if I were blameless, it would pronounce me guilty.

Job9:21 “Although I am blameless, I have no concern for myself;  I despise my own life.

Job9:22 It is all the same; that is why I say, ‘He destroys both the blameless and the wicked.’

Job12:4“I have become a laughingstock to my friends, though I called on God and he answered— a mere laughingstock, though righteous and blameless!

Job14:4 Who can bring what is pure from the impure? No one!

Job22:3 What pleasure would it give the Almighty if you were righteous? What would he gain if your ways were blameless?

Job 31:6 let God weigh me in honest scales and he will know that I am blameless

Ps7:10 My shield is God Most High, who saves the upright in heart.

Ps15:2Those whose walk is blameless, who do what is righteous, who speak the truth from their hearts;

Ps18:23 I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin. 

Ps9:13 Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression.

Ps24:3Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in His Holy place?  

Ps24:4Those who have clean hands and a pure heart, who do not put their trust in an idol or swear by a false god.

Ps26:1 Vindicate me, LORD, for I have led a blameless life;  I have trusted in the LORD and have not faltered.

Ps26:11 I lead a blameless life; redeem me and be merciful to me.

Ps 37:18 The blameless spend their days under the LORD's care, and their inheritance will endure forever.

Ps37:18Consider the blameless, observe the upright; a future awaits those who seek peace

Ps50:23 Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation." 

Ps51:10 Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Ps84:11For the Lord God is a sun and a shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good things does He withhold from those whose walk is blameless

Ps93:5Your statutes, LORD, stand firm; holiness adorns your house for endless days.

Ps97:12Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous, and praise His holy Name

Ps99:3Let they praise your great and awesome Name- He is Holy

Ps101:2 I will be careful to lead a blameless life— when will you come to me? I will conduct the affairs of my house with a blameless heart.

Ps101:6 My eyes will be on the faithful in the land, that they may dwell with me; those whose walk is blameless will minister to me. 

Ps119:1Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the LORD.

Ps119:7I will praise you with an upright heart  as I learn your righteous laws.

Ps119:9 How can those who are young keep their way pure?By living according to your word.

Ps119:80 May my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.

Pr2:7He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless,

Pr2:21 For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it;

Pr10:29The way of the LORD is a refuge for the blameless, but it is the ruin of those who do evil.

Pr11:5The righteousness of the blameless makes their paths straight, but the wicked are brought down by their own wickedness. 

Pr11:20The LORD detests those whose hearts are perverse, but he delights in those whose ways are blameless.

Pr15:26The LORD detests the thoughts of the wicked, but gracious words are pure in his sight.

Pr19:1Better the poor whose walk is blameless than a fool whose lips are perverse.

Pr20:7The righteous lead blameless lives; blessed are their children after them.

Pr20:9 Who can say, “I have kept my heart pure; I am clean and without sin”? 

Pr28:6 Better the poor whose walk is blameless than the rich whose ways are perverse.

Pr28:10 Whoever leads the upright along an evil path will fall into their own trap, but the blameless will receive a good inheritance.

Pr28:18 The one whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but the one whose ways are perverse will fall into the pit 

Isa 52:11 Depart, depart, go out from there!  Touch no unclean thing! Come out from it and be pure, you who carry the articles of the LORD’s house.

Ez20:41I will accept you as fragrant incense when I bring you out from the nations and gather you from the countries where you have been scattered, and I will be proved holy through you in the sight of the nations.

Ez28:15 You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you. 

Ez28:22 You will know that I am the LORD, when I inflict punishment on you and within you am proved to be holy.

Hab1:13Your eyes are too pure to look on evil; you cannot tolerate wrongdoing

Mt5:8Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Mt5:48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

Mk8.38If any of you are ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of you when he comes in his Father's glory with the holy angels." 

Lk1:6Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord's commands and decrees blamelessly.

Lk1:49For The Mighty One has done great things for me-Holy is His Name.

Lk1:74to rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve him without fear

Lk6:40Students are not above their teacher, but all who are fully trained will be like their teacher.

LK9:26If any of you are ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of you when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

Ac13:35So it is also stated elsewhere: "'You will not let your holy one see decay.'

Ac15:9He did not discriminate between us and them, for he purified their hearts by faith.

Ro1:4and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ro1:7To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be His Holy people: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ     

Ro6:19I am using an example from everyday life because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness leading to holiness  

Ro6:22But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit you reaps leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life    

Ro7:12So then, the law is holy, and the commandment is holy, righteous and good.

Ro8:29For those God foreknew He has also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters

Ro11:16If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches. 

Ro12:1Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Godthis is true worship.

1Cor1.2To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be his holy people, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours: 

1Cor1:8He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ

1Cor 1:30It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God-that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption 

1Cor6.11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Cor7:14 For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. 

2Cor3:18And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s Glory, are being transformed into His image with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit 

2Cor6:17Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you”.

2Cor7:1Therefore, since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reference for God.

2Cor7:10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death

2Cor11:2 I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him.

Eph1.1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, To God's holy people in Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Eph1:4For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love

 Eph2:21In Him the whole building is joint together and rises to become a Holy temple in the Lord 

Eph3:5which was not made known to people in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostels and prophets.     

Eph4:24and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness   

Eph5:26to make her Holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word 

Eph5:27and to present her to Himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but Holy and blameless

Phi1.10 so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,

Phi2.15 so that you may become blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky

Phi4:8Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,, whatever is admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things        

Col1:2To God’s holy people in Colossae, the faithful brothers and sisters in Christ: Grace and peace to you from god the Father.    

Col1:22But now He has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in His sight, without blemish and free from accusation 

Col1:28We proclaim Him admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present every one fully mature in Christ

Col3:10and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its creator 

Col3:12Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience

1Thes2.10 You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless we were among you who believed. 

1Thes4.1 As for other matters, brothers and sisters, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more.

1Thes5:23May God Himsel, the God of peace sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ

2Thes 1:11With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God make you worthy of His calling, and by His power He may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness your every deed prompted by faith

2The2:13But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as firstfruits to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth

1Tim2.2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

1Tim4:7Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives tales; rather, train yourself to be Godly

1Tim4:8For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come 

1Tim5.22Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure.

1Tim1:5The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. 

1Tim6.5and constant friction between people of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.

1Tim6.6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 

1Tim6.11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

2Tim1:9who has saved us and called us to a holy life. -not because of anything we have done but because of His own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time

1 Tim 2:15 But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.

2Tim2:20 In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for noble purposes and some for disposal of refuse.

 2Tim2:21Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.

2Tim2.22Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 

2Tim3.12In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,

Tit1:1Paul, a servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ to further the faith of God’s elect and their knowledge of the truth that leads to godliness

Tit1.8 Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined.

Tit1.15To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted. 

Tit2.5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

Tit2:12It teaches us to say “NO” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age

Tit2:14Who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for Himself a people that are His very own, eager to do what is good

Heb2.11Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters. 

Heb7.26Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.

Heb9:14How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death so that we may serve the living God.

Heb10.10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Heb10.14 For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.

Heb10:22let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.

Heb12.10Our parents disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness

Heb12:14Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy, without holiness no one will see the Lord

Heb12:23to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all the spirits of the righteous made perfect 

Heb13.12And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.

Ja1.27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Ja3.17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Ja4:8 Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

1Pet1:15But just as He who called you is Holy, so be holy in all you do;  

1Pet1:16For it is written:Be holy, because I am Holy,”   

1Pet2:9But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

1Pet 1:22Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.

2Pet1:3His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness

2Pet1:6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 

2Pet1:7 and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.

2Pet3:11 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives

2Pet3:14So then dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with Him

1Jn1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

1Jn1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

1Jn3:3All who have this hope in Him purify themselves, just as He is pure

1Jn4:17This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus

Jude 14Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones

Jude 20But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit

Jude24To Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy

Rev3.7"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

Rev4.8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings. Day and night they never stop saying: " 'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,' who was, and is, and is to come."

Rev6.10 They called out in a loud voice, "How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?"

Rev19:14The armies of heaven were following Him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean  

Rev21:3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God                 

Rev21:27Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whos names are written in the lamb’s book of life.

Rev22:11 Let those who do wrong continue to do wrong; let those who are vile continue to be vile; let those who do right continue to do right; and let those who are holy continue to be holy."

Rev22:14Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city
